Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and included parts are returned.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Products returned without their original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Electric bikes and electric scooters that have been ridden or used.
Bicycles that have been assembled, modified, or ridden.
Helmets and safety gear that have been worn.
Inner tubes, tires, brake pads, chains, and other consumable parts after installation.
Gift cards and clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, bearings, and other consumable components.

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage.
Water damage, corrosion, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications.
Damage resulting from improper assembly or servicing by unauthorized technicians.

Warranty Claims

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by Wings Cycles, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
